I had the last molar extracted. I was bit anxious about the idea so they took my fears seriously and gave me options to get me through the procedure quickly without anxiety or pain! The staff was informative, comforting and professional. They took my wisdom teeth years ago with the same professionalism and care. If I ever have another need, I will choose them again.

It was a very good experience! I was very nervous about having an extraction but as soon as I was taken to the room I was put at ease by the Dr's. Nurse. She was kind , friendly and knowledgeable and never left me alone. Dr. Albenese is wonderful, friendly and experienced. I could not have asked for a better experience and would certainly go to their office again if needed. I highly recommend Dr. Albenese and his staff. !

From the minute I entered Connecticut Valley’s Amherst office, until I left, after having a molar pulled in anticipation of receiving an implant, the staff quelled my anxiety about the process. Dr. Blount and his surgical assistance were a dream team, who calmly coached me throughout the relatively quick and painless procedure. He and his primary assistant answered all of my questions and were both knowledgeable and pleasant. Less than one day later, after taking only one OTC pain pill an hour after the surgery, I feel great. Thanks to all of the dental professionals and staff in the group!

My first connection with this business was by phone to make an appointment. The woman scheduling the appointment was very knowledgeable about the procedure which was an extraction. She asked questions and gave me an idea of what it entailed. I quickly got an appointment. I filled in paperwork online so all was set. I was met by an associate who took me into the room, had a great sense of humor, showed me x-rays, and explained the problems and answered lots of questions, making me feel very confident and fearless. Dr Blount came in and asked me more questions, and said that the original conclusion of my primary dentist was correct and explained why. The procedure was quick and painless, except for the slight Novacaine jabs at the start. The associate kept me relaxed, and the surgeon worked quickly and thoroughly. There were no problems with the recovery and it was just as they said it would be. All of their explanations and professionalism took away any fear I had. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. An amazing experience and a great place for those fearful of dental work to go.
